Phase 1 - Customize

  • You will be introduced to your dedicated customer success manager. This person will be your point of contact throughout the entire configuration process.
  • Our team will ask for your brand logo and the specific loan stages you want to use to trigger the process.
  • Usually our customers will send the first text message to their borrowers the day after the loan has officially completed the Application phase but you can choose the right time for your company.
  • Then we'll want to know when the loan is officially completed so that we know when we can start the fulfillment process for the pet tags.

Phase 2 - Integrate

  • After we've received your branding information we'll send you a test link for your review. We usually provide this within one business day after receiving your logo.
  • Your customer success manager will send you a custom presentation that you can share with your Loan Officer team that will show them exactly how Operation Fido works.
  • Once the branding configuration is complete we will work with your Loan Origination System administrator to complete the technical integration. This integration is very simple and usually completed over the course of a 30 minute Zoom call - 15 minutes of which will be spent talking about our pets!

Phase 3 - Launch!

  • After we've verified that the integration is working successfully, all the hard work is done. We'll start collecting borrower information as you process new mortgage applications and we'll start texting and emailing your borrowers to get their pet info.
  • As your loans close we'll begin sending out the pet tags to your customers' new homes!
  • All in all, expect the full process to take about one week depending on your team's availability.
