Job Description

LenderLogix is a growing B2B SaaS company serving financial institutions, and we're looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Specialist ready to take full ownership of our lead generation efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about creating and executing campaigns, not managing others to do the work.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong digital creative skills, a performance-driven mindset, and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns align with sales objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Lead Generation: Personally execute all aspects of lead generation, from creating campaigns to analyzing performance. This is a hands-on role where you are directly responsible for meeting lead targets tied to performance-based compensation.

  • Campaign Creation: Develop and design high-impact demand generation campaigns using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and HubSpot. This includes creating email campaigns, managing webinars, and developing assets for events.

  • HubSpot CRM Expertise: Actively use HubSpot to build workflows, automate processes, score leads, and track performance. Regularly optimize campaigns based on analytics to improve results.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Directly implement ABM strategies to engage and convert high-value accounts with personalized campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure your campaigns deliver leads that align with their needs. Regularly incorporate feedback to refine strategies.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Take responsibility for campaign reporting and analysis. Use insights to continuously refine your approach and scale successful tactics.

  • Creative Experimentation: Proactively test new ideas, leveraging A/B testing and creative assets to uncover innovative, high-performing lead generation methods.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hands-On Experience: 3+ years of executing lead generation campaigns, preferably in a role where meeting lead targets was directly tied to compensation.

  • Creative Skills: Strong design abilities with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Canva, or similar tools.

  • HubSpot Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using HubSpot for campaign management, reporting, and automation.

  • ABM Knowledge: Familiarity with implementing account-based marketing strategies to drive results with high-value accounts.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to measure and improve campaign performance.

  • Self-Sufficient Worker: Thrives in an independent role where you are the one executing, not delegating.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to effectively collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and improve lead quality.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The total expected earnings for this role range from $75,000 to $115,000 per year, including a variable pay component tied to achieving lead generation targets. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the hiring process.

  • StartUp-NY company related benefits

  • 401(k)

  • Health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Unlimited Paid-time-off (PTO) and paid holidays
