The Challenge

Like many lenders, US Mortgage Corporation faced recurring friction in gathering key borrower documents early in the process, especially the Borrower’s Certification & Authorization. Without this document in hand, their loan teams couldn’t initiate necessary services like credit pulls or verification orders, leading to delays and operational bottlenecks.
